STUDENT EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS
Your email address is your MyWebPal user name followed by @my.ctienviron.com (i.e. jsmith12345@my.ctienviron.com). Your initial password is: Lower-case first initial of first name, lower-case first initial of last name, your full YEAR of birth, and your seven-digit student ID number. (Including leading zeroes).
e.g.: Name: student person DOB: Jan. 1, 1999 ID#: 0123456 would be: sp19990123456 as your initial password.
IF the above password does not work, enter your 7-digit student ID number, as the email password.
Upon first login, you will be required to set up at least one authentication method.
Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and Multi-Factor Authentication are now available for all students. Self-Service Password Reset will allow you to reset or change your password on your own, similar to how you would reset your password for banking or other services you may use. Multi-Factor Authentication will be required for all logins if you are not physically on campus.

All MCCC students have the ability to download Microsoft Office 365 for free as a MCCC student. Once your MCCC email is established go to http://office.com. Students should sign in using their full MCCC email address and password. Once students are signed in, go to the top right hand corner and click "install office", students will have this for free as long as they are a MCCC student.
